Before you write
We're a lender-matching service, not a lender. That means there are a few things we genuinely can't help with, and we'd rather save you the wait.
What we can help with: how the request works, what the consent box means, how your information is shared, opting out, and anything on this site that reads unclear. If you submitted a request and heard nothing, tell us the date and the email you used and we'll check whether it went through. If you've already been connected with a lender and something about their offer worries you, we can't change the offer, but we do want to know about it.

Questions about a loan you acceptedPayment dates, balances, payoff amounts, and extensions all live with your lender. Their contact details are in your loan agreement.

Response timeWe aim to reply within one business day. On weekends and public holidays it can take a little longer.
